Pashasha Christmas Market at Cavendish

For those of you who are looking for Christmas presents, I'll be selling my crochet jewellery at the CCDI Pashasha Christmas Market at Cavendish this weekend.
I have done some beautiful Crochet covered glass christmas baubles and made it on to the poster. I'm so proud.
Everything is handmade to my own patterns, as usual.
There will be two other markets at Cavendish this weekend so please follow the signage up to direct you.

Some times the best inspiration is a friend. This mask idea was started by a friend of mine, Anya. She created the basic shape using a vintage piece of crochet and asked me to work into it.

Dreams Take Flight

I’m so excited for the launch of my ‘Birds of a Feather’ jewellery range at Design Indaba Expo at the CTICC in Cape Town on Friday. I’ll be there at the Cape Craft and Design Institute stall tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday [25th, 26th, 27th Feb].

The background pattern on the invite is actually the crochet pattern I created and drew for the earrings in this range.

I’ve included a sneak preview of the new earrings – meet ‘Ruffled Pigeon’ and ‘Peacock’. I hope they fluff out your tail feathers.
